All Sales are FINAL! NO REFUNDS! Exchange ONLY.Only except exchanges within 5 business days upon receipt of products, only if She Shears is at fault for products(s). We must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving your items to discuss possible exchange. EXAMPLE: If an order is placed for specific item and we mistakenly ship the wrong item She Shears will honor an exchange at no additional cost for items sold of equal value. We will not allow an exchange if the item has any sign of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, and tried on or processed in ANY WAY. If She Shears decides to accept your return, we will notify you for shipping. Shipping must have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your exchange to be processed. We require a tracking number for exchanges to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we are not responsible.Please allow 3-5 business days processing for returns.We pride ourselves in customer service and will do our best to accommodate each issue and complaint. We ask that all customers are confident in their orders prior to making a purchase.
